I have found this service to be really useful, especially when Veronica gives me daily feedback on what I ate the day before, instead of every two or three weeks during our nutrition follow-ups. It helps me make corrections right away so I can continue getting results and reach my goals, whether they be weightloss, muscle gain, or just feeling good.
The other thing that is great about this is I am less likely to "cheat" without thinking it through. I always think "What is Veronica going to say about this choice?" It will often make me look at my week as a whole, plan ahead better for other days, or make sure I have a healthy option to pair with my less healthy option.
