Accountability is the number 1 reason why we seek out trainers, nutritionist and mentors. This holding ourselves accountable is a laughing topic! Really like your going to tell on yourself each time you cheat or skip a workout, sure its easy to lie to your food journal and only log what looks like a good girl. I know! I do this TOO!
