Here at Bodies By V.V. we strongly believe that good health starts in the kitchen, this being the hardest part of any health journey, as a nutritionist I guide you into an optimum nutrition plan with your body type and lifestyle in mind. The holistic approach means creating a balanced diet with protein, fats, and carbohydrates, vitamins and supplements when needed. Unlike the average trainer I never use the food pyramid, and focus more on teaching you how to understand food labels, calories, nutrient needs, for weight loss, sports nutrition goals, and fitness goals you have.
