Metabolic Fire Program is designed to get your metabolic on fire easy to follow video workouts are based on simple 1 min exercises performed in a 3 minute circuit. 2 exercises are performed individually for 1 min and the last min is a combination of exercise 1 & 2 for another min. 10 sec breaks are included and finish off the program with Metabolic Fire where you repeat the combo exercises to feel the extra burn.
