My PT Hub has made it possible for Bodies By V.V. to serve fitness and nutrition coaching online. Once you join, you will be sent an invitation to create your account and access all your fitness and nutrition protocols guided by your coach.
As you follow your schedule created by your coach all your activity is instantly linked to your coach where you are held accountable with each nutrition and fitness decision you make. Each week you can get personalized activity monitoring where you receive an email from your coach guiding you into the next week for better results.

Veronica Vargas is a Personal Fitness Trainer certified by ISSA and Can-Fit-Pro and has been leaning and building bodies for since early 2013. Her background in fitness started at the age of 16 when she wanted to step out of her overweight years.
With all the education and certifications she has obtained in the past years she is able to create fitness program that will shape your desired body, and along with her Holistic Nutrition expertise, getting your results is a one stop shop with a determined and highly motivating coach.
Bodies By V.V. Style
Veronica Vargas creates all the training programs specifically for her clients needs, goals, imbalance, weaknesses and strengths. Every 4-5 week the training program is changed to stock the muscles, metabolism and fat burning enzymes. Challenging the body is key in her gym and pushing you verbally, mentally and physically is what makes Bodies by V.V. different.
Bodies by V.V. Gym is set up for private personalized training sessions, where the only focus is you and the weights, no intimidation, no competition, no judging, just full attention on you and what you can do that day and progress from there.
Veronica always has surprised up her sleeve to make the session fun, interesting and challenging, never a dull moment for changing bodies here!
